ASA Autumn 2026 Melbourne Meetup & Plant Sale

  • Harry Atkinson Art and Craft Centre Lake Grove Coburg North, VIC, 3058 Australia (map)

We’re excited to invite you to our ASA Autumn 2026 Melbourne Plant Sale, a bigger, public-friendly event this season

When: Sunday, 3 May 2026 from 11:00am – 2:30pm
Where: Harry Atkinson Art and Craft Centre, Lake Grove, Coburg North VIC 3058 (Set within Coburg Lake, right by the water)

This event will be open to the public and feature an all-genus plant sale, plus growing accessories, so it’s a great chance to bring friends along, stock up, and connect with the broader plant community.

Selling at the Plant Sale: Our plant sale is a major highlight, and we’d love members to get involved.

  • All current ASA members are welcome to sell

  • Plants must be clearly labelled with ASA Society sales labels (ASA Society labels available on the day if needed).

  • Bring a pen, a price list, and your bank details to complete a seller form

  • All plants must be healthy and pest/disease-free

  • All aroids (and their seeds) are welcome, along with other genera and plant-related items

  • A 10% fee applies to sales to support the society

Seller timing: Sellers can arrive from 9:30–10:00am to set up (venue access from 9:00am).

Buying on the Day: Whether you’re a seasoned collector or just getting started, there’ll be plenty to explore.

  • Bring a bag or box for your plant haul

  • EFTPOS and cash will both be available

Entry & RSVP

If you’re bringing a guest, please make sure they’re included in your plans so we can manage numbers.

Food & Drinks: Light refreshments will be available for members. Please RSVP via Join It and let us know any dietary requirements in advance.

A quick heads up: We’ll be taking photos and videos on the day to share with the community. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let one of the committee members know when you arrive.

If you’ve got any questions, feel free to reach out via email melbourne@aroids.net

Looking forward to seeing you there and making this one of our biggest plant sales yet!

Warm regards,
ASA Melbourne Committee
